SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, CanPar and DHL from Penticton, British Columbia. We will choose the carrier at the time of fulfillment if the $10 shipping option is used.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Purchases up to $50 will be actual shipping costs and purchases over $50 will qualify for $10 flat rate shipping within Canada. $10 shipping excludes heavy items like Disc Golf Baskets, larger summer inflatables, etc.

International Shipping

Buyer is responsible for any additional customs, duty fees etc.

Local Pickup

We do not offer free shipping but local pickup is also available if you’re going to be in the area.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on a first in first out basis; most orders placed before 6:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed and packaged within 24 hours. There may be delays if we have a larger than normal order volume on any one day.

Courier Pickup Times

Our outbound packages are picked up by shipping carriers Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

We will make every attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As shipping delays can and do happen, we can’t guarantee a delivery date.

Tracking Your Package

All of our orders will have a tracking number and will require a signature at time of delivery.

Please note that your tracking number will not work until it has been picked up and scanned by the delivery carrier.

Non-Tracked Letter Mailers

If you choose to use Canada Post's Single Disc Use at Your Own Risk Non-Trackable Letter Mailer, you will receive an email confirmation upon payment and you will receive a second email confirmation when your order is packed. This second email will include a note that says mailed on "date". Please note that we have no control over what happens to these Letter Mailers once we give them to Canada Post. Canada Post has advised that, during normal times, these Letter Mailers are delivered to a locked mailbox or to a home. If no one is available to receive a Letter Mailer at a residence, Canada Post will leave a “missed delivery slip” and deliver the Letter Mailer to the closest post office for your pick up. From our experience, most of these Letter Mailers will be delivered (sometimes quickly and sometimes after a long delay) but there will always be a few that will disappear. If a Letter Mailer goes missing, Canada Post cannot track it and we have no recourse.

My tracking information says "Delivered", but my order isn't here yet.

Some shipping carriers are marking packages as "Delivered" before they are dropped off. We assume it is faster for them, even if it is a little confusing for us. Generally these packages get delivered shortly after you receive a "Delivered" notification. If your package hasn't arrived within 1 business day of a "Delivered" notification, please contact us.

Delivery Service Guarantees Suspended

Please note that delivery carriers have suspended their On-time Delivery Guarantees for all parcel services until further notice and will not be offering refunds for packages that do not arrive within normal shipping times.
