Shipping and Pickup
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is somehow not available, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
There is a $10 flat rate shipping to almost anywhere in Canada. Some remote areas will be subject to additional charges. You will be notified and charged the additional fees. If the additional charges are unacceptable to you, we will refund the total amount of your purchase, using the original method of payment.
If items are returned to us due to an un-deliverable address, actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your return. You may re-purchase the items plus the new applicable shipping charges.
Pickup in store is available as well. There are two options for pickup. You can pay in advance, and we will hold your items in your box for as long as you need. Or, If you plan on paying when you pick up, we can only hold your order for 2 days after we have received the items. We will notify you when they are ready to be picked up. Just select Pick up in store as the payment option. Note: Items marked "Catalog" are required to be paid in advance by credit card or Pay Pal.
All orders are subject to a 24 to 48 hour handling time before shipment. Orders are possibly subject to delays or errors. Possible delays include but are not limited to weather, customs, holidays, product demand or human error.
Items that are marked as Catalog items are items that are not available in the store. These are only available for purchase through the website. These items will take an additional 4-5 days to process as we have to have them shipped to us from our distributors. Note: Items marked "Catalog" are required to be paid in advance by credit card or Pay Pal.
