 Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances unless there was an error on our part. If there was an error on our part with the shipment we will offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If there is an error with the purchased item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment we will not allow a return of the item under any circumstances.

We know that these are collectible items, but please understand that you may receive an item with an imperfect box, or paint flaws. These flaws are beyond our control and we can't assume responsibility for them. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box. If any additional information is needed by the manufacturer, Breakaway will furnish this information upon request.

If an item is damaged from the post office or in transit, you have the option of filing for an insurance claim if you paid for Priority Shipping. In some cases, we may be able to offer replacement boxes from the manufacturer, if they are available.

Note:  Some candy products, specifically chocolate, may be affected by extreme temperature shipping.  We would advise against shipping chocolate during the peak summer months.  All consumable product is sold as fresh stock, unless noted as "Past the date, but still great."

In-Stock Sales: All in-stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason.
