Do you offer price matching?

We do!  We will match any competitor pricing. Price matching must match exactly.  So if a competitor offers a better price, but charges shipping, we will match that overall price.  We don't match clearance pricing, but will try to match sale pricing.  If you are buying and find a cheaper price, send an email to leigh@just4fun.ca and we will work it out!

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes we do! You will find an option for in-store pickup during checkout. In-store pickup orders may take 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order, and once prepared, you will receive an email from our system that it is ready for pickup.Please be aware that we will require identification at the time of pickup to ensure that we are giving orders to the correct customers.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?
Yes you can! Once you have received the confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you can reply to the confirmation email to let us know who you would like to pickup your order in your place.
Please note that your designated agent will be required to provide identification upon pickup.

My item arrived damaged or is missing pieces! What can I do to get it replaced?

Orders are packed carefully to ensure integrity of product upon arrival to you. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, damage to products can occur during the shipping process. Please refer to the following paragraph for a definition of damage.

Items are ineligible for any damage claims under the following circumstances:

Items at a discount of 25% off or greater (Includes items under the Employee Pricing program)

  • Used games or other used products
  • In store pickup
  • Orders shipped internationally (outside of Canada)
  • Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error

If your product does not fall under any of the above, please reply to your order email with details, and we will review the damage claim and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
In the event of missing pieces, we will send you information on the manufacturer's missing item programs.  Lego, board game suppliers, puzzle suppliers will send you missing pieces directly
In the event of quality control, we will provide information on how to contact the manufacturer to lodge a complaint.

How much is shipping?
The rates for shipping vary by province. Shipping prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to request additional payment to ship to remote and northern locations in the provinces when Canada Post's fees are prohibitively high for us to ship at our regular prices. If the second digit of your postal code is 0 (zero), Canada Post's fees are substantially higher for us and we may request an additional rural shipping fee to send our your order.
We do offer single Disc Golf disc shipping for $5.  Please select RSVS on checkout.  Please note that if there are other items in your order, you will be charged the highest shipping rate applicable.  If you accidentally checkout the entire order under RSVS, we will contact you for the additional fees.

We also reserve the right to request an additional shipping fee to ship orders which cannot fit in a single 18" x 18" x 18" box or weigh more than 15 kg.

Although we encourage tracked shipping, if you are purchasing a single Disc Golf Disc, we offer $5 single disc shipping in a non-tracked bubble envelope.  If you choose to use Canada Post's Single Disc Use at Your Own Risk Non-Trackable Letter Mailer, you will receive an email confirmation upon payment and you will receive a second email confirmation when your order is packed.  This second email will include a note "mailed". Please note that we have no control over what happens to these Letter Mailers once we give them to Canada Post. Canada Post has advised that, during normal times, these Letter Mailers are delivered to a locked mailbox or to a home.  If no one is available to receive a Letter Mailer at a residence, Canada Post will leave a “missed delivery slip” and deliver the Letter Mailer to the closest post office for your pick up. From our experience, most of these Letter Mailers will be delivered (sometimes quickly and sometimes after a long delay) but there will always be a few that will disappear. If a Letter Mailer goes missing, Canada Post cannot track it and we have no recourse.

Delivery Time 

Delivery time is determined by your shipping option and shipping destination (delivery times to major urban centers will be quicker).  We currently offer the following shipping options:  

  • FedEx Express Saver (delivery time of 1 to 4 business days) ***
  • FedEx Ground (delivery time of 1 to 7 business days)***
  • Purolator Express Saver (delivery time of 1 to 4 business days) ***
  • Purolator Ground (delivery time of 2 to 7 business days)***
  • Canada Post Trackable Expedited Parcel (delivery time of 1 to 7 business days) ***
  • Canada Post Non-Trackable Letter Mailer for single discs (delivery time of up to 4 weeks)*** 

***These estimated delivery times are provided by your selected shipping carrier and are not guaranteed delivery times. Estimated shipping delivery times begin after your order is picked up by the carrier's driver, not at the time of order. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over when it will be delivered. For international customers, please allow extra time for your package to clear customs. 

Delivery Delays and Policies

Please note that your order may not be delivered until after the shipping carrier's estimated delivery date. As well, some shipping carriers have implemented a Knock, Drop and Go approach to eliminate customer interactions at the door and support social and physical distancing. Delivery employees knock or ring, choose the safest location available to leave your parcel and then depart for the next address.  

Processing Time
Orders are processed on a first in first out basis; most orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays if we have a larger than normal order volume on any one day.

Do we buy cards?
We do!  We are always buying cards that we need.  Our purchase offer varies depending on what it is.  We generally pay between 50% and 60% of current book value.  Due to the lack of demand, single sports cards are only paid at 30% of recent comps on Ebay sold items.

Consignment program!
We offer a consignment program.  We pay 70% of the price that the card sells for.  You set the price!  We only pay out consignments for in store credit.
